This may not be the smartest celebration days after crashing your car in an alleged drink-driving incident
YOU MAY OR may not remember David Limberský from his brief loan period with Spurs during which time he made exactly zero appearances.
He’s currently the captain of Czech side Viktoria Plzen who play Dinamo Minsk in the Europa League this evening.
Well, at least he was the captain.
Last week, the 31-year old was stripped of the role and received a hefty fine after an alleged drink-driving misadventure resulted in him crashing his Bentley.
Despite the fact he’s facing up to three years behind bars for the offence, Plzen reinstated Limberský to their line-up on Sunday and the defender rewarded them by scoring two goals.
His choice of celebration, however, may not have been a wise decision.
